Matt provides a good way of getting into researching and focusing a topic. I'd like everyone by Friday to write a memo summarizing what you are looking into, what you've found so far, what you need to know more about, a list of potential sources, and next steps (to-do list). On Friday, let's start firming up which teams are doing which topics, and who is on each team.
